Was invited had breakfast and a hotel tour I can say is very nice, the pool area has everything from bar to massage to playground, a spa like pool, beautiful pool, there is a waterfall outdoor area for smokers on the lobby, kids and teens will love it, lobby medium size with an indoor bar where you can watch games large screen TV and relax, opens early around mid morning, the location is superb, if visiting the island near shopping malls and at walking distance of tourist and Comercial places of interest. Some areas are new and remodeled. Recommended for family, romantic, and business stays, or full day the pool area is brand new renovated. Rates are over the hundred mark worth it for a hotel of this category. You won't go wrong staying in the Island at this hotel.

This hotel has just pre inaugurated. The best of the hotel is the restaurant. The area of the gym and the spa is top. The pool is cool, only to cool, but the sun is great. The rooms are very large and finely decorated. Breakfast is high quality, everything is done bakery on site. The service and front desk check inn is right up to its kind. The bar area is full of good wibes, always with music and videos. Recommended for more than 5 days, since spa, and go shopping. Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the pool are more beautiful

Upscale hotel, probably the nicest one we saw on Margarita Island. The restaurant was very good, with an original double waterfall view at the hotel entrance. For the first time on the island I was impressed with their WiFi, a lot faster than anywhere else. The hotel layout was a bit odd, we had to go outside and thru the parking lot to get the travel agency.

It was the worst experience ever we have been using this hotel for over 4 years at least twice a year we were there to attend a wedding and it was disastrous to say it extremely mildly, they changed the fees agreed upon the week of the wedding by 300 percent yes that’s possible, they had over 90 guest there and they treated us badly had to wait someone times over an hr for lunch and dinner, the managers especially were hostile and aggressive would not look for a solution that will accommodate averyone it was either there way or nothing at all saw the bride crying at least 5 times in the the space of 4 days due to their lack compassion and empathy. The workers were always willing to assist so hats off to them but the managers were totally disgusting they claimed to help but many times were insintent on their way, they raised the prices on us at will, exorbitant prices were the order of the day. We understand under a failing economy bad stuff happens but when you rely heavily on tourism the last thing you want to do is tear the tourist to shreds, it’s like a depiction of a sinking boat and the crew on the boat instead of fixing the one leak all decide to make boats for themselves. We were charged and robbed on every turn every day of our stay we will never visit this place again and promise to tell everyone of our horrible experience with this hotel and their managers. Imagine the staff telling us the GUEST the hotel is not capable of handling so many guest and it showed, imagine having to wait 1-130 for lunch and dinner as they only had 1 yes ONE cook, imagine the bell boys had to help in cutting up food in the kitchen to help speed up the food. And lastly 90 percent of us got sick either at the hotel or upon or arrival back home directly related to our stay from this hotel.
