03 Días de anticipación a la fecha de llegada – El valor de 01 noche de la estadía.
02 Días de anticipación a la fecha de llegada – El valor del 50% de la estadía.
SALIDAS IMPREVISTA: Se cobrará el importe total a las noches pendientes.
Reclamos de clientes: Cualquier reclamo por parte de Clientes deberá ser notificado por escrito al Hotel durante la estadía con el fin de poder
ser verificado o solucionado antes de que el cliente afectado por la misma se retire de las instalaciones.,
Pagos: La empresa pagara antes de la llegada de los clientes. Todas las reservas están sujetas a prepago, en los términos, fechas límites ycondiciones que se indiquen al momento de la confirmación de reserva.

Staying in this hotel I consider very successful, the room is not very large but comfortable and clean in the bathroom there are not some hangers to hang a towel and so that this information about Eco exchange would make sense. Breakfast is very good a large amount of tasty fresh products applause for the chef for the egg after the Benedictine yolk which was perfect! Mega n Solis lady from the reception very helpful woman was able to solve our problems even the slightest applause for the guest service! Breakfast waiter staff Deibys about how he talks about dishes how he asks if everything is fine his speed of collecting dirty plates just knows how to look to appreciate everything that is around! Thank you for that! I would like to thank you all very much for the four days I spent in your hotel my vacation was really 100% fulfilled and I will really recommend this hotel to everyone in my country thank you very much and I bow to you low! We spent one week in the hotel, in low season. The amenities and staff are exceptional. The hotel is very well maintained, very relaxing, clean. Rooms are spacious and bed very confortable. They even offer different kind of pillows! We travelled with our son 2 yrs old and he loved the swimming pool, playground, kids area, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included, it is fresh and delicious. The restaurant offers lunch and dinner. Beach club and bar also really good. We will be back as soon as we can...
Hotel has it own SOUL. You will feel here like in a different world. Its quiet, calm and relaxing all the time. The people working here are very nice, polite and helpful. Even if someone doesn't speak English well, will try to explain You with the patient. I recommend this beautiful boutique hotel to everyone who looks for peace atmosphere.
This place is just amazing. It's literally 1 block away from the beach and they have a car that brings you there. You have service at the beach and you can eat very cheap with the locals. Service is amazing and it has all you need in a boutique hotel. Drinks and cocktails are just perfect. Can't wait to go back.
