The rooms are clean but very dated, and cupboards need to be renovated. The safe in my room needed to be thrown out. It is broken and added to the overall shabby look. I knew it was a budget hotel, so I did not really mind and basically just used the room to sleep and store my luggage. My room did have a small fridge and a stove top. The fridge came in handy. My package was all-inclusive, so I did not need the stove. The food was plentiful, and while all of the local dishes weren't for my palette, I couldn't complain there. The managers were friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle to a beach, so people can take advantage of that. Just confirm the times. The Wifi worked great. The hotel is a two minutes walk from LA Vela mall, so that was a plus. If I'm looking for a reasonable quick vacation where I plan to be out of the hotel most of the day, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were patient and friendly even with the language barrier. They were very helpful and courteous and professional. The package prices is very affordable compared to other places. You are getting your monies worth. I visited in July 2024.

The hotel needs quite some renovation and maintenance. There were cockroaches in the room. The card which was used to open the room was blocked a few times. The breakfast is also quite poor. The location is good and the staff is trying to help but that is the only good part of it.
