● Salidas imprevistas: El cliente con salida imprevista por motivos ajenos a la voluntad del hotel, se le cobrará la totalidad de las noches pendientes de disfrute, no quedará como saldo a favor.

● Si el cliente decide anular la reserva fuera de los lapsos establecidos, el monto depositado se utilizará como saldo a favor, para futuras reservas, sujeto al aumento de tarifas,

vigentes a la fecha de la nueva reserva. No aplica para pagos en Bolívares.

● Cuentan con un lapso establecido de seis (06) meses para hacer uso de los saldos a favores.

● Se solicitará un depósito en garantía de $50 por habitación, que será reembolsado el día de su salida si no hay daños o cargos adicionales.

Hello. I stayed in this hotel between December 29th 2024 and January 3rd 2025. -My room had an AC and a TV, and you can watch Netflix or YouTube (your accounts). No internet connection in the room, but the TV is connected to the Internet. However, there was a minor issue in the cold water of the tap, and they offered me another room instead. The shower works well, and the cleaning service does the job every day. - The service of the hotel was fast and efficient. There was music, new year eve party, an open buffet for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. The food was delicious. The pool is so big, and the beach is very beautiful, but the waves always strike. - The only real problem I faced was the location of the hotel. It is very far away from downtown Porlamar and from Pampatar, and there was no Ridery service in that region. Ridery is available around Porlamar. To make things clear for your, from the hotel to downtown, you spend a 40-minute drive . However the hotel provides a taxi service which costs 20$ and you must pay cash. In case you don't speak Spanish, you might face some difficulties, but there is an employer who speaks in English.

Terrible experience! The food is just awful 🤢! Poor quality, very few options. They run out of fruits all the time. I will never go back there! Please spend a bit more and find much better option! Staying in this hotel can ruin your holidays...

Hotel is getting improvements slowly as the tourist trade is picking up. The rooms are very basic but always cleaned well, the staff are so friendly

Stayed here for a beach getaway and let me tell you … not worth it AT ALL. To begin with, the hotel has no wifi, only in the common areas. Our hotel room came with no tv remote or remote for the AC. Housekeeping came in and got rid of the majority of our bedding after the first night & it was IMPOSSIBLE to find anyone to help out to get any type of requests fulfilled. They say it’s all inclusive & their bar stays open late till 11pm but they close early because they literally have no guests staying at this hotel & their other bar which is supposedly open to guests doesn’t open at all … I’m not surprised they have no guests at this hotel. Will be asking for a refund for the remainder of our stay because that’s how badly we DO NOT want to be here.. Please save your money & DO NOT STAY HERE.

Not worth the 4 stars. Despite its idyllic beach location, the hotel itself and rooms are badly run down, in need of renovation and management. Be aware that all inclusive does not mean good quality alcoholic beverages but cheap local versions of it which is a big let down, food is not varied either. The gala dinner at New Year although nice in presentation was not worth the $95 per head charge especially when the food served was basically more or less the same they offer every lunch and dinner times, the same goes for drinks, a glass of bubbly would have been most welcomed. If you wish to be connected via internet be aware that it is very slow and only works in the reception area, the rooms and other communal areas are wifi less. The only thing that makes this place worth a stay is the wonderful and accommodating staff they employ and the beach front of course. Suffices to say we will be not be staying here again.
