• En caso de reprogramaciones por razones extremas que imposibilite su viaje, tener en cuenta que las reprogramaciones tienen 1 año de vigencia a partir de la fecha de emisión del boleto, debe tener en cuenta que debe pagar una penalidad por remisión de boletos. Es importante considerar que en caso de reprogramar en una fecha donde la tarifa sea superior a la que pago inicialmente, deberá cancelar la diferencia por cambio de precio.

Great location, right next to the water. The lodge has two locations to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is delicious, friendly staff. If you are curious, it takes 5 hour by boat and then one hour walking to get to the Angel Falls.
We had a great experience at Campamento Canaima. The hotel has the best location in Canaima. The views are amazing! We stayed at a top deluxe room and we were satisfied. The service, the excursions, and the activities were excellent. The only constructive feedback we have is about the food portions, they were really small, we were able to ask for more and the restaurant staff would gladly provide more but it would be more convenient to either serve the food on a buffet or serve full portions. We will definitely be going back, we fell in love with the local culture😍
Beyond expectation for a stay in Canaima. The resort is so beautiful and provides the best view with wide beach area. The service was impeccable despite my unability to speak Spanish. The tour to the falls was an adventure of a lifetime. Room is clean and well-equipped, and bathroom was nice.
While the accommodation, restaurant and service are worth the money, their excursions are not to be recommended. Horribly unpunctual! They make you wake up at 2 am in the morning to then leave earliest 4:30. This is unbelievable and beneath any standard for the international tourism they want to target. And for such a disrespect of your own time they make you pay 300$!!
Terrible! Terrible! Their excursions and attention ARE THE WORST. Their manager is a joke and don’t take people and their complaints seriously. Avoid their excursions at all costs and spend your money at another accommodation. It any other country for such disrespect you would get compensated, not the case in this place as the standards are in the cellar
