EL CLIENTE NO LLEGA AL HOTEL (NO SHOW) En caso de que el cliente no llegue al hotel en la fecha y hora estipuladas, sin haber anulado su reserva en el tiempo establecido en estas normas, el hotel procederá al cobro del 100% del monto de la reserva, sin que el cliente tenga derecho a reclamar devolución alguna.
ANULACION DE LA RESERVA: Es posible anular la reserva previamente garantizada, y recibir un reembolso del 100% del monto depositado siempre y cuando la solicitud de anulación sea enviada cómo mínimo 24 horas antes de la fecha / hora estipulada para el ingreso al hotel. La anulación de la reserva solo podrá ser efectuada por la persona que hizo la reserva, debidamente identificada.

We forgot our prescription glasses at the 904 room. It was impossible to get them back. We are quite sad.
The network is soooo poor. You have to wait for a minute to open a single website and 5mins to open google map. It cannot be 5 stars. It might be a good place for those who want to stay away from any online tools.
Ole Caribe is a very nice and familiar hotel located in the coastline of Venezuela. Food and service is excellent. They offer packages for couples and families with several options. This is a place to visit if you come to enjoy the Venezuelan beaches in the Vargas State near Caracas
Good location with a nice view. If you're driving, entering the hotel can be a little tricky since the entrance is in a very steep slope which in turn would make it rather tedious to walk. The actual entrance to the building, the lobby is at the top of the slope. The bellhop is always vigilant and ready to help you out of the car and with your baggage. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. Staff is one of the best you can find; super helpful and willing to fulfill any requests. Rooms seem dated for a 5 star hotel but they're quiet and really clean. Beds are extremely comfortable and there's always several pillows, which is always a good thing. Ask for a room with view to the sea. Food is top notch. The pool closes at 7 pm so keep that in mind. Facilities seem to be lacking aesthetic maintenance though everything works. There's even a tennis/squash court. They have a business center, a gym and a spa where you can get a massage. An all around nice hotel.
Excellent experience for my micro vacation time. Everything is ok. The pool is awesome, is not bigger is not small, is perfect size. The Looby is ok, and the others facilities. The restaurant is a little expensive, but good quality. Recommend
