POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN
Toda cancelación de la reserva o modificación relacionada con cambio de fechas, tipo de habitación o número de habitaciones, deberá ser notificada dentro de los lapsos establecidos por escrito vía email y/o whatsapp a la posada, la cual enviará respuesta al cliente de haber procesado su solicitud. En caso de realizar cambios y/o cancelaciones en la reserva, hasta 10 días antes de la fecha de llegada, no se generará ningún cargo al depósito realizado, el cual se mantendrá como crédito a favor del cliente para usarlo en un lapso no mayor a seis meses a partir de la fecha originalmente reservada (sujeto a disponibilidad y a cambio de tarifa).
En caso de cambios y cancelaciones en la reserva que se realicen entre 9 a 1 día antes de la fecha de llegada, se cargará la primera noche, quedando el monto restante como crédito a favor del cliente para usarlo en un lapso no mayor a seis meses a partir de la fecha originalmente reservada (sujeto a disponibilidad y a cambio de tarifa).
En caso de que el cliente no se presente en la posada (no show), llegadas tardías (late arrivals) o salidas anticipadas (early departures), el monto total pagado, no será reembolsado y no podrá ser utilizado como crédito para una futura reserva.
Cambios de fecha: no aplican en tarifas promocionales ni en descuentos.
Las tarifas especifican los servicios que se incluyen, la no utilización por decisión del cliente de alguno de esos servicios durante su estadía, no dará derecho a reembolso o a ser utilizados o canjeados por otros servicios no incluidos en la tarifa cancelada.
La política de cancelación rige siempre y sin excepciones.

This wonderful posada is a piece of paradise in the venezuelan llanos, located in Camaguán, State of Guárico An Hacienda house turned into a posada that keeps memorabilia of the family, (even a museum), with small but clean, comfortable rooms with a/c and bathroom. Beautiful gardens with enormous trees and flowers, surrounding the house with different areas to just sit and enjoy the beauty and peace, with a variety of birds flying around for the delight of bird watchers and photographers. Cebus and their calfs are also close by to complete the scenery. The package includes 3 meals a day, witch you will enjoy in different areas of the garden, offers a variety of local dishes like pastel de babo ( local alligator pie), piscillo de babo, cochino caceroleado, beans, natural fruit juices, everything low fat, low sugar, delicious and abundant, with that homemade feeling, in part home grown or produced . The pool apart from the main house is surrounded by a lovely garden and ponds, where so many different birds come to visit, also turtles and small babos. Your host is Ricardo Freites, warm, friendly and knowledgeable, has put his heart in making this hato the little piece of paradise it is. The staff is kind and friendly always ready to satisfy your needs with a smile. They also offer day trips and activities so you can enjoy the full experience of the llanos. I will be returning, and highly recommend it.
It is a spectacular Hato where it is a pleasure to be, from its people, its gastronomy, its landscapes, its fauna, everything is truly incredible. One spends some divine days of rest and connection with nature. Besides, it is a place for everyone, I went with my two children and my mother and we all enjoyed it in our own way and each person to their liking. So it is a Hato that can do everything, I recommend it 1000%
The place is beautiful, full of fauna and splendid gardens. The food and human treatment, unbeatable. It was a joy to have the opportunity to visit them and allow our children to learn about the plains work. We were all eager to return. Thank you for so much.
My experience at @hatoslascaretas: we had the opportunity to experience again the natural beauty of the plains of Venezuela in a magical place of lush vegetation and fauna. We rode horses 🐴, which allowed us to explore the landscape and connect even more with nature. In addition, we enjoyed the delicious local cuisine, my favorites being the baloney buns and anise ears. Finally, I had the opportunity to interact and carry a chiguire, a truly memorable moment😍. An exciting visit of adventure, nature and flavor that we shared as a family creating unforgettable memories and we also made a visit to @hatomasaguaral, (Orinoco crocodile conservation project) where we were lucky enough to observe an anaconda measuring a little more than 4 meters in its natural habitat and majestic crocodiles🐊, a great adventure🔝. And added to all this, a kind and gentle staff, willing to please you at all times, you can't ask for more... just say thank you 🙏🏻 and we hope we can return soon 🤗 Thank you Ricardo, here we leave a little piece of heart ♥️ A highly recommended walk 💯 🔝
A magical experience, a divine “Lanero author” meal. Various activities about what the plain means, life in a herd. Horseback riding, guided tours, we saw Caimans, sailing on the La Portuguesa River (as they call it there). Local music with WOW groups. We loved it. It was me, with my 2 youngest children, we wanted something different, a close coexistence as a family. Mission accomplished. When I travel through Venezuela and we travel a lot, you have to give yourself over to the experience, to the fullest! Thank you Ricardo and his team, for the delivery and care of every detail. 10/10!
