Absolutely loved this place, it is peaceful, fresh, clean. Nature is spectacular, the forest tracks are well maintained. Food so delicious !
The service in the restaurant was not good. Extremely slow, we waited over 15 minutes for menus one morning and it only got worse from there. Don't take cabin 6 as you have no privacy. The footpath is right next to your bedroom and living room windows. Jose Luis was the highlight of our stay with a wonderful farm tour he's what made our visit to Selva Negra worthwhile and rescued it from a lower rating.
Educational and beautiful experience. For our stay we came here mainly for the coffee tour, ask for Jose for your tour guide. Very informative and interactive tour. The whole property is beautiful and would recommend to at least do the coffee tour. We would love to come back for the hiking. Wonderful service at restaurant by Francisco. I recommend the strawberry iced coffee.
It's so beautiful here but unfortunately the service at the restaurant was pretty bad and the prices of food are very high. I will still go back, but I do wish the service matched the price of the food.
The server was lost, not paying attention to our order. No latte, deserts were super limited, horrible coffee. I asked for cafe con leche and he give me cold milk with amaerican coffee. NO, thank you.
