They have really comfortable beds The location was good for us. People were passing by the window but it didn't bother us. It's a quiet place. The posada has a nice decoration but it's not a well-maintained posada. The water doesn't come normally .Sometimes you open the tap and clean your hands but the water drips. The toilet doesn't work properly always . You can't open the window curtain as you want , some one need to help you because it is broken . You can't open the toilet door easily. There is a general maintenance problem. The shower water is cold but we heard that most posadas only have cold water. We went there for kitesurfing so we needed electricity during the night but we didn't have electricity for 4 nights out of 7 nights. It's safe but you can't find anyone in the posada most of the time. We thought we would eat at the posada sometimes but when we couldn't find anyone we kept eating outside. They have good breakfast. We only tried it once. It may be a cultural issue but in a hotel, posada or even my house we welcome the guests and when the guest leaves we wait and say goodbye and thank you for your time. When we left there was no one around. This was a bit more expensive than other posadas so I expected less problems but it was not like that . I give this posada 3 stars because since it is on the island there are some difficulties and due to the island conditions

I had an incredible experience staying in this wonderful place at Gran Roque! Starting with a super welcoming atmosphere, amazing staff, wonderful food! The service is the best, Luisana the owner of the posada it was very friendly and helpful in all ours requests, definitely highly recommended and we cannot wait to come back 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Great posada for a medium budget. Rooms are cozy and bathrooms basic. Food is totally homemade and their service is great. They make you feel at their home and not at a hotel

Excellent service, they look for you at the airport. Comfortable rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, fan and good water supply. They offer you recommendations on walks and activities on the island. Breakfast and three-course dinner at the inn, they supply you and take to the dock a cava with ice, water, soft drink, lunch, fruit and dessert for the beach. Pleasant attention, good food. The cost-benefit ratio is excellent.

Beautiful place. It's a shame that behind so much beauty is Mrs. Luisana who exploits her workers and does not pay them for their work. That tarnishes the beauty of the place. How rotten some people's hearts are
