At the restaurant Service extremely poor and extremely slow, food really really bad !! Not coffe machine in room, gym ? Haha how can they advertise a gym ? Absolutely waste of money!! Bad wifi, Every day electricity off in all the hotel. I am sorry but dont have anything good to write about my stay here! I am so ungry !!
It's kind of difficult to rate hotels and restaurants in the middle of such a difficult time. Important to notice that this zone of the country has been hit dramatically in economic terms because of the pandemic crisis, aside from the country proper ones. So, I can tell that almost everything was fine. The only problem was that we got a late booking.com reservation and when we arrived they say that because of the time they couldn't process that reservation, arguing that central office was already closed but they can do one in place. Doing so was twice more expensive that the offer we got from booking. We rejected that offer and told them that we will call booking.com and immediately they asked to wait while they try to communicate with central office. Finally they checked us in. Also, after 2 days there we needed a page printed, they did it and when I tried to pay the POS wasn't working, we tried several times with intervals obtaining the same result. Same person did not have the courtesy of giving us the sheet while the POS terminal was restored, after hours the manager kindly came and gave us the printed sheet with no charge
Even tho venezuela is going through the worst situation in decades, the hotel stays in good condition, is clean, organized and they got a really lovely personal ready to help you in everything you need, I think rooms prices are good but the food is ok and expensive but still would recommend every time.
